This privacy policy (Policy”) describes how BE TOGETHER INC.”, “we’, “us” or “our”) collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information) you (“User”, “you” or “your”) may provide in the Be Together mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or ‘Services”). BE TOGETHER INC It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.
Consent
By using the Mobile Application (“Be Together”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and accept that we may collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information in accordance with the terms hereof.
By creating an and/or by submitting data, you consent to the Privacy Policy as applicable to each and all those actions.
Be Together Inc. will collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information without your consent only in restricted situations as permitted or required by law or regulatory requirement. For example, Personal Info may be used or disclosed without consent to act in case of an emergency that threatens the life, health, or security of an individual.
In certain restricted conditions, we may issue your Personal Info in response to a court order, subpoena, search warrant, law, or regulation.
We will collaborate in attending to such requests. We will take proper measures to ensure that the requester understands the sensitive nature of the Personal Information that they may receive, and that
disclosure is needed to conform with applicable law.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing in our Application.
Collection of Your Information
When you open the Mobile Application, our servers automatically record information that your device send. Information gathered automatically is used only to find and identify any potential cases of abuse and to establish statistical information regarding Mobile Application traffic and usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any user of the system. The info we may collect via the Mobile Application comprises of:

Demographic and other personally identifiable info (such as your name and email address) that you willingly give to us when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Mobile Application, such as chat, posting messages in comment sections or in our forums, liking posts, sending feedback, and responding to surveys.
If you choose to share data via your profile, online chat, or other interactive areas of the Mobile Application, please be advised that all data you reveal in these areas is public and your data will be

We might send you push notifications to the account or the Mobile Application. If you wish to change this and opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
You can choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the Mobile Application’s features. Users who are uncertain about what
information is mandatory are welcome to contact us.
Use and processing of collected information
To make our Mobile Application and Services available to you, or to meet a legal obligation, we need to collect and use certain Personal Information. If you do not provide the information that we request, we may not be able to provide you with the requested products or services. Some of the information we collect is directly from you via our Mobile Application. However, we may also collect Personal

- Request user feedback

including, but not limited to, maintaining, and improving the Mobile Application and our systems and
computer security.

We may transfer any info we have about you as an asset in connection with a proposed or completed
merger, acquisition, or sale (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings)
involving all or part of Be Together Inc. or as part of a corporate reorganization or other change in
corporate control.
Third-Party Websites
The Mobile Application may share links to third-party websites and applications of interest, such as
advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to
leave the Mobile Application, any info you provide to these third parties is not covered by our Privacy
Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your info. Before visiting and providing any
info to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of their privacy policies and practices (if
any), and should take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your
information. We are not accountable for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any
third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Mobile
Application.
